Initially I was there for service on Pontiac Grand Prix. While waiting I inquired about trading in 2 cars. Kathy has sold me 2 cars in past so that is who I went to with my questions. BobbyLee made me feel at ease and explained everything when I saw him to talk over the financial part of the dealing - even though I was slowwwwwwwww understanding some of what he was saying. :) Anyway after I got thru that process Kathy got me set up with Onstar and then I drove off with my 2011 Buick Regal CXT Turbo - and yes I am very please with MY NEW CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Gary not only zeroed in on what my needs were, but had the perfect match within a few mi price point I could afford, and not a lot of time to waste..
