Tony was a great salesman. He was very patient and did not push to sale us a vehicle. He explained everything about the GMC Terrain we bought regarding the options, performance and what to expect. I would diffently recomend Tony to my family and friends. Tony did a great job!

Kevin, Jim, and James were all so helpful every step of the way in my first car buying experience. They were very loyal, honest, and friendly during every one of my visits to the car lot. I came in looking for a good used car with pretty bad credit, but i have a good job and kevin was very helpful, friendly, and polite. He worked with me so my payments were affordable. given the oppurtunity or if i had to go get another car, this would be the first place i went to.

My Review of Ray Skillman Northeast Buick GMC:
I visited the Buy Here Pay here dealership and first spoke with Jim who was very nice and kind. He explained everything to me about their business and took the time to listen. I really appreciate what he did for me. I was undecided a few times after visiting this car lot because of prices/downpayments. Ultimatley I completed and application, Jim said my application was approved, he told me how much I had to put down and everything. He told me before I could get the car I needed to speak with Kevin(the Finance Manager). I go in with my downpayment in hand ready to purchase a Saturn Jim and I had spoke on the phone about several times. When I was finally introduced to Kevin(finance Manager)he was rude, arrogant, shady acting. If this was a true buy here pay here lot, they would not give you the 3rd degree about your credit worthiness because they know you would not be there if your credit was the best. I interrupted Kevin's questions by telling him if he was going to keep questioning me I was leaving. I did just that! Most buy here pay here lots have high mileage vehicles that are not well maintained anyway. So why bother to ask a bunch of questions when the cars are junk anyway. The saturn I test was in bad shape and one of the sales guys admitted to it as well. He told me it needed an exhaust system, why put it out to be sold if this was the case. Kevin doesn't care about anyone but himself, and he is very arrogant,rude and nonchalant acting. I will not recommend this Ray Skillman to anyone!

I wanna say that Kevin, Jim, Ron, Renee*, N Brittnay* and Ray Skillamn North East are good people. They are able to work with you and everything. I think they are doing a good job. When something came up Kevin listened and told it was alright that I had to this day to get it paid. I would recommend this dealership because they are good people they would not sale you are that they think will not work. My Review of Ray Skillman Northeast Buick GMC:
I made an appointment with Rachel to see a 2001 Honda Accord for 2:30 pm today. She called me at noon to confirm and I told her I would be coming in at 7:30 pm today instead. When I arrived She and her little dog sat my friend and I down at a desk and went to talk to other employees. Subsequently, a man (name unknown, picture not in list above)came over and said he was the available salesperson. He asked what prompted me to be interested in the Honda and I told him it was mileage and price and he informed me the car had been sold that morning. Rachel certainly had my phone number and could have saved me a trip to your dealership and a very unpleasant experience by simply calling to inform me the car I was interested in had been sold. I will not ever do business with this dealership and I will make certain that my friends, acquaintances, family and anyone else I come in contact with will never do business with them as well! The car in question was on the internet as a new addition, no photo available.

On behalf of the entire staff and management team at Ray Skillman we wanted to apologize about your experience in coming over to see the Accord. We have taken steps to improve the communication between our entire sales team when vehicles are sold. On this particular instance, the car in question was still available when Rachel had spoke with you in the afternoon. The car wasn’t actually sold until after 6:00 that evening, and her sales team wasn’t notified that someone else had sold the car until after your arrival. That being said we have taken the necessary steps to make sure that if a car is sold and someone is scheduled to see the same vehicle that we are able to notify the other sales person or sales team so they can call and inform the customer that is scheduled to come in. We do apologize for your inconvenience and our inability to notify you before your arrival at the dealership. Thank you for pointing out our deficiencies and giving us the opportunity to work on those and improve. If there is anything that we can help you with in the future please notify me directly. I look forward to the opportunity to make your next experience a much more positive one!
