"Lost keys and over priced"

I was charge for something that should have been covered on warranty and they lost my car keys. I had to wait for 45 minutes till they found them.

I went in expecting a very long wait time,as I had three items that they needed to address. The wait time was only about ninety minutes. Great break room, very clean and well stocked with refreshments. Thanks to Karl in the service department, and Kathy on the follow up.

I called ahead and she had alist of vehicles for me check out made the process much faster and wasn't the least bit pushy
