2/12/24 I had a 3pm appointment for a oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I drop it off at 2:30 and 3 hours later it was ready. Good right? No, when they were giving me the keys and said "sorry but we could wheel alignment. I drop it off at 2:30 and 3 hours later it was ready. Good right? No, when they were giving me the keys and said "sorry but we could not do the alignment, we must have over booked the machine or something. Can you bring it back some other time". This is unacceptable especially for people who work and have to leave in the middle of the day to make the appointment. This is not the first time something like this has happened. More
The absolute worst service I’ve ever received from a dealership. My salesman was very knowledgeable and was great to work with and that’s where it ended. Between lost work orders to being lied to, I finally changed dealerships. I began having issues with my Corsair almost immediately after purchase and each attempt to have it worked on was no less than 3 or 4 phone calls or face to face visits to have it addressed. John is useless and lied straight to my face. After telling me to bring my car in on a specific day, John was conveniently out that day and no one knew what was going on. This was 2 weeks after a work order was supposedly done and I couldn’t get service. I’m not sure how he still has a job!!!! They care about the sale and afterwards you’re on your own. If you do choose to buy a vehicle at this dealership, you need to hope you don’t have any issues!! More

I have two recalls, driver door will not lock or unlock, front feels loose for a 2020 F-250 with 21,000 miles. Took it in on January 10 and the lady told me my best bet was take it back to where I bought it. It would be 3 months before they could fix anything. I lost it, the guy that I made my appointment with was there and agreed to keep it and see what they could get done. I left it 3 days and they fixed absolutely nothing. The man told me he would leave my ticket open so maybe they would call me back to work it in! Will never do business with Red River Ford again! More
