TOTAL RIP-OFF! Good Day All, Be advised this place is a rip off! I got my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada towed there on April 16, 2018. I spoke to a gentleman in ser Good Day All, Be advised this place is a rip off! I got my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder Armada towed there on April 16, 2018. I spoke to a gentleman in service named Dustin (ext.129). I explained to Dustin via phone that my vehicle stopped moving and that I saw a puddle of transmission fluid. He said that he would get it looked at, then would give me a call. He called me back the next day. He told me that I had an issue with my coils, needed a trans flush, and recommended a few other services. He said that AFTER they did a complete diagnostic that my total would come to $926. He said that nothing else was noticed and that it would be ready later on, but at latest the next day. less than an hour later, Dustin called and advised me that after they filled the fluids and changed the lines my transmission started smoking internally. He said that my transmission was gone. He mentioned a repair cost of $5,100. I said NO! They misdiagnosed the problem and now they want me to pay over $500 for the services that were rendered. So basically, I get my vehicle towed there for them to change some lines, fill my fluid, and the truck still isn't running?! Does that seem logical in any way? He then put his Service Manager on the phone who does not want to release my vehicle until I pay the fee. Dustin DID NOT tell me that it would be $926 to start, but could be more if any other issues arose. He said that the diagnostic was completed and gave me the findings. I was misled to believe that my car would be up and running after I paid the $926 fee. I am a DISABLED VETERAN that has proudly served my country, and to think a company such as this would rip off its customers is a travesty! More

I have to out of my way to get a human on the phone, much less someone who states he will have somebody “call me back”. Easy money too. I have to chase them??? No disclosure I owned a Nisan and I purchase oil service witb tht warranty. At my last service , I wasn’t informed that my warranty expired and they basically did the oil change and charge me for it before informing me if the price it will cost me. I could have driven another 2000 miles with the oil I had last had they told me, or made the decision to go elswewhere. I thought that was very under handed from the service department to not let the customer make an informed decision by disclosing all the facts. More

I went in to service an on going problem and wanted to get out of my Nissan Murano (2016) because of the issues I've been having from the day I purchased this vehicle. Not only was i told that it would cost me ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS MORE a month, but I was disrespected by Sale Manager Jay Vasquez. When I mentioned to him that it's not my fault the car is defected and I didn't think I should have to pay more money for a replacement vehicle. He told me that they are there to sell cars not keep them on the lot. This behavior is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I believe if I was another race the treatment would've been completely different. #unappreciatedcustomer More

I spent over $2K to have a catalytic converter and four oxygen sensors changed on 8/24/17 due to a diagnostics test and sound I was hearing. After picking the car up from the dealer the morning of 8/25/17, I still heard the sound as I was driving home. I immediately called and talked to a service rep who told me the road test guy should have mentioned the noise and I could bring the car back at my earliest convenience. I had to go to work soon so I finished driving the car home, parked it in my garage and drove my wife's car to work instead. After work, I began driving my car back to the dealership. While driving back to the dealership, my front driver's side tire came off while I was driving on the road. Fortunately, I was not injured but my vehicle was damaged. After having the vehicle towed to Reed Nissan and inspected again, the service manager Joey made no apologies and said he could only offer a $100 discount and a free alignment on new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off and that totaled over $2K. Ironically, the new repairs, unrelated to the wheel coming off were not reported to me when I had the catalytic converter and oxygen sensors replaced nor was a diagnostic tests recommended. However, one technician said he hear another sound coming from the vehicle, noticed rust and other issues underneath the vehicle but it was not mentioned to me verbally or in writing. When I asked why my wheel came off the service manager Joey said he was unsure, it couldn't have been that way when I left the dealership and that "maybe someone has it out for me." Again, NEVER go to this dealership for service! More

Nissan Sentra Lemon Bought my car about two ana a half years ago. Problems from about three months later. The transmission has been replaced twice. Took my car for regular service at 9 this morning. I was told I need to change the break n air filter. Great. It is almost 2 o'clock so I called to be told they are replacing my transmission again. I am so passed to put it lightly. These people is just waiting g for my warranty to to run out to diagnose the real problem. Shame on you REED NISSAN. I must say the complaint is not the person I dealt with he was great Danny was great. It's the company. More

I trust John to service my vehicle, which was purchased from another dealer. More
