Regal has always made me feel comfortable when doing business with them. From sales, to service, to the body shop to the lot porters, anyone that I have come in contact with at Regal has always been fri business with them. From sales, to service, to the body shop to the lot porters, anyone that I have come in contact with at Regal has always been friendly and willing to help. Regal knows what customer service is all about. Greg has been amazing from the first new car I purchased in 2019 it is bc of him and his customer service that I became loyal to Regal. Working with Jeremy and others in service over the years, they have made it very easy, answered any questions I’ve had, they’ve always been helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased a new car recently and worked with Cody and he was great as well! I cannot speak enough of the customer service. Cody worked around my schedule and thought texts and phone calls to get me into the car I want. They truly make purchasing a car so easy! More

My car had only 13k miles on it when the transmission went bad, took it in to have the transmission replaced, upon picking my car up I realized my rear window was down. I attempted to roll my window up u went bad, took it in to have the transmission replaced, upon picking my car up I realized my rear window was down. I attempted to roll my window up using the driver side master switch and it no longer worked. I went to the rear door, used the door switch and got the window closed. To my dismay, there were hand prints on both the inside and outside of my window where someone had tried to force the window up ????? A car this new with this small amount of miles should not have this many issues. The techs also could have alerted their service manager about the window since it was under warranty;However, they opted to leave it for me to discover. (I wasn't even at the red light at the dealership when I discovered it. ) More
