Apparently clueless employees I was searching for a used Pontiac Solstice a month ago, and this dealership had a low mileage example offered on their used car lot website. I called I was searching for a used Pontiac Solstice a month ago, and this dealership had a low mileage example offered on their used car lot website. I called and talked to a sales person who assured me the car was available and that I should come and take a look. Since it was late in the day and I live about an hour and a half from the dealer, I told them I would call back in the morning and set something up. The next morning I did just that. I called, talked to two different people and was assured the car was there and that I should head their way. An hour and a half later, I arrived at the used car section of the dealership and was immediately greated by a salesman. I told him I was there to look at the Solstice. His response was that the car wasn't there. When I asked where it was, he told me it was in the service dept getting prepped for sale. I said I would like to see it, since I had just invested a fair amount of time getting there. He took me back to the very back 40 of the dealership, where the forlorn car was literally sitting in the weeds. Saying the car was a mess is an understatement. The hood was jammed open and didn't appear to close. The top, which was in poor condition, was partially up and partially down, and the exterior was basically filthy. The interior looked and smelled like someone had been living, and maybe dying, in it. If Hoarders could visit an automobile instead of a car, this would be the one. Needless to say, I wasn't happy. They were asking $9,999 for this car, which is top buck, and it looked ready for the junkyard. Without completely loosing my cool, I informed the salesman to call me when the car was actually ready to sell, and maybe we would talk, but I didn't hold out much hope. A few days later, I got a message that the car had been sold, most likely to a wholesaler for a xxxx of a lot less than 10 grand. Won't be going out of my way to go back to this place. More

Misrepresentation 2014 I leased a new 2014 Kia Hybrid from Regal to which the entire transaction and Sales Manager Erik Koffler completed fairly, legally and ethically. 2014 I leased a new 2014 Kia Hybrid from Regal to which the entire transaction and Sales Manager Erik Koffler completed fairly, legally and ethically. On May 29, 2017 after several calls from Regal with attempts to get me to trade my vehicle in, I advised I may pay off the 2014 Optima and keep it. I then received several correspondences in the mail and phone from Regal with offers of waiving excessive mileage and wear and tear if I leased a new 2017 Kia from them. I brought all documentation to Regal to weigh out best options and dealt with the Regal Sales Agent Lyndsay Baker to which we spent almost 7 hrs going over all the options available and the details. During this time she continued to push the leasing us a new 2017 Optima guarantee us there would be no additional fees 2014 Lease Trade, stated that Regal grounded it and they would waive all fees applicable with the 2017 new lease in place. On June 16th I received a call from Kia finance stating I did not turn the unit in, I advised her of all details and Regal to which I also contact Lyndsay with concerns and at no time did Lyndsay advise this was not the agreement. In fact I contacted her 2 more times to which she never denied or disagreed this was not the agreement. I have now received an invoice from Kia for $1536.80 to which Regal refuses to pay and denies ever agreeing to waiving additional mileage. I am a business owner and walked in with 20K with intent to pay off the 2014 Kia and was given the bate and switch. Today, I attempted to speak with the Manager, Mike Galloway to which was only patronized and belittled and advised I was responsible for the $1536.80 in fees and refuses to take any responsibility to the Regal Agent misrepresented to gain a sale. Complete and utter disgust with such unethical sales practices and refusal to work with their mistake. Beware of their fake, unlawful and unethical upsell tactics that Management codones, and forces you to go legal for any resolution. More
