Pathetic Customer Service First let me say the sales staff is top notch. Pray to god you don't have to take your vehicle to get serviced there. The Service Writers talk down to you like its the first car you ever owned. I will now make sure all of Florida knows what is going on at this dealership and how rude these people are. Spend 24,000 on a car and this is how the service department is? I don't think so. I have family who works in a GM dealership so I know the deal. They need to go back to school and take public relations 101. More

Best car buying experience ever! I was in the market for a new car, and after some research, decided that a Kia Soul might be a good choice for my needs. I used the Costco Auto Progra I was in the market for a new car, and after some research, decided that a Kia Soul might be a good choice for my needs. I used the Costco Auto Program for selecting a dealership (there are several Kia dealers in my Orlando area) but the "dealership of excellence" Costco recommended was Regal Kia in Lakeland. Regal Kia contacted me within minutes, and arranged an appointment for the following morning. Greg Schmidt had three Kia models pulled up and ready for me when I arrived, based on what I had indicated I was interested in. The dealership itself was clean and bright and pleasant. Greg has extensive knowledge of the Kia Soul, did an in-depth demonstration of the features, and answered all of my questions. A short test drive, and I was ready to buy. The purchase process went smoothly, and thanks to Greg, I was able to drive my new Kia home. He made arrangements for the rental car I was driving to be picked up by the Lakeland office. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Will I be driving to Lakeland for service on the Kia? You bet! More

Stress free car buying I had been shopping for a Kia Soul for the last couple weeks. I was able to e-mail the best offer found and Rega Kia agreed to match. I was able to schedule a trip in after work with my 4 year old son and the experience was the most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Taylor left all of the documents so that when I showed up Greg simply made it happen and I was in and out within an hour. Al of my interactions whether by phone, email or in person were handled with care and very personable. I would definitely recommend Regal Kia and we love our new Soul! Thank you! More

Exceptional Experience If you are looking for a KIA then Regal KIA is the delearship to go to and Greg Schmidt is the person to see! You expect anyone in sales to be personable but they are not always RELATEABLE! Greg is that person, he gets it and understands everyone's situation is different without passing judgment and keeping one thing in focus .... YOU the guest! He Is relentless in his pursuit to achieve the outcome you need! The biggest takeaway from my experience is that whether or not I purchased didn't change how Greg treated me! He is the reason I purchased my new KIA! More
