Service is usually pretty good. Have had issue with the guys washing sorento and not cleaning dirt off rims. Also they antenna inside so my wife had to go back in to have put on. I’m a stay at home dad, have two young boys and my vehicle died, wasn’t sure what I was gonna do, worried about spending tons of money and found out the engine needed replacement. Regal Kia and my ser vehicle died, wasn’t sure what I was gonna do, worried about spending tons of money and found out the engine needed replacement. Regal Kia and my service advisor Jorge went above and beyond and took care of us..the repair was covered under warranty even though my car was out of warranty and now I am SO happy!
