Wonderful Buying Experience From the moment we arrived at the Regal Dealership on Bartow Rd, in Lakeland Fl. on Saturday, we felt welcomed. Our salesperson listened to our needs/wants about the vechile we were looking for: including size, cost,warrenty and use of the vechile. We looked at & evaluated several vechiles made a decision and proceeded to the office for the paper work. Two important needs we had were 1- have our wheelchair lift transfered to the new van, which they did at no cost 2- have a bumper to bumper warrenty for the life of the loan on the van.** which was supplied for us. **In addition they did several extras such as tint the front windows & top of windshileld/ to help deflect sun/ heat comfort here in Florida. Made us a extra key**They got us the lowest financing possible/ which brought our monthly payment in $100. less than we had expected. All this was agreed upon & the deal was done. We were on our way in less than 2 hours in our 2014 Kia Sadona XL**fantastic**no long hours waiting on a deal***we felt great about the van we purchased & the way we were helped through the purchase process. We returned on Mondayto have all the items agreed upon done to the Van. They gave us a loner to drive , while they /made us a key , transfered the lift/ tinted the windows & detailed the Van,which they completed in about 6 hours ***All this was done in such a positive friendly atmosphere***I recommend this dealership & the entire staff to anyone in the area who wants a positve buying experience. They greeted my wife and myself very cordially and thanked us for coming in. They asked which models we were interested in and whether we had a trade in. Around December 12th I went on line in search of a Chevrolet Impala. I heard from several dealerships, including Regal Chevrolet in South Lakeland. I was contacted by Meagan Sikking who was "AWESOME" Chevrolet Impala. I heard from several dealerships, including Regal Chevrolet in South Lakeland. I was contacted by Meagan Sikking who was "AWESOME". I told her we needed a different vehicle because my husband was having trouble getting in and out of the car we had because of health issues. I was very impressed with Meagan's understanding of my situation. It was several day's before we were able to get to the dealership to look at the vehicle that we thought we wanted. On Saturday the 14th we were able to go in and look at the car. Unfortunately, that did not pan out because that vehicle also was hard for my husband to get in and out of. We started to leave the lot with the request that should she get something else in to please call me because I knew I wanted to deal with her. As I was backing out to leave a young man named Eric motioned for us to wait. He said there was another vehicle that had a few more miles but it had power seat's that might work for my husband. We test drove this vehicle and it was just what we needed so we left Regal South in Lakeland driving the Impala. The thing that touched me the most was that Meagan had us stay in our vehicle and she drove both car's that we looked at around to us because she did not want my husband to have to walk any further than necessary. Between Eric and Meagan I left that dealership feeling great about our experience. Both the business experience and also the personal experience where they took very good care of us. I had some questions about the vehicle that came up over the weekend and on Monday morning I went back to the dealership and Meagan met with me and answered all of the questions that she knew and then took me to other people who showed me how to use some of the equipment that I was not familiar with. They were all great!! Kudo's to the entire staff that I dealt with. There was Meagan, Eric, Nick, Dee and Greg. The owner of this company must be very proud of his empoyee's as everyone I met was nicer and easier to deal with than any car buying experience I have ever had. If you have not visited Regal Chevrolet in South Lakeland and you are looking for a new or good used vehicle, you owe it to yourself to do so before you purchase a vehicle at any other dealership!
