Not Fully Made Aware! Unfortunately for me, I am disappointed, because I was not made fully aware. It was not clearly disclosed to me that I would continue to have to make Unfortunately for me, I am disappointed, because I was not made fully aware. It was not clearly disclosed to me that I would continue to have to make payments on the car I traded in - a 2013 Kia Soul - as part of the contract. I am paying an outrageous amount of money nearly $35,000 over a 75 months period of time on the contract for my 2015 KIa Soul. Nearly $12,000 carried over from 2013 Kia Soul. It doesn't seem right that I am still paying on a car that is not sitting in my driveway. Now, I owe for two cars instead of for one. Someone else will be driving that 2013 KIa Soul and will be paying for it too! Seems unfair to me. And I wonder if this is a customary practice? I feel as though I was gipped as a first time new car buyer with a trade in. I am partly responsible for the misunderstanding, but I am also fully aware that I was not cautioned, advised, or invited to the full disclosure before signing. I would not have bought, if I had known this. More

Our salesman Paul Henchey was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure he worked hard to get our payment price. He introduced us to the service department personnel and made sure the car was detailed and full of gas before we left.
