Very professional and courteous and extremely service oriented. I first contacted Revolution and by luck Robert answered the phone, I had questions regarding a specific vehicle which he answered promptly and to my satisfaction (great knowledge of the vehicle). I wanted to make sure the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for because I was traveling close to 3 hours (with traffic). Robert went as far as taking additional detailed pictures of the vehicle so that I was certain the trip would not be in vain. The one negative thing I have to mention is the process of reaching an agreement for the price of the vehicle...I must admit that this was not the most enjoyable portion of the experience and almost turned me away from this dealership. I'm certain that if it weren't for Robert, I would have walked out but he was very patient and worked with me and his manager to make sure I left there happy and with the vehicle I wanted. Because the process of reaching an agreement for the price took so long I could not take the vehicle home the same day, however, Robert picked me up at home the following day and chauffeured me back to the dealership (probably close to a 6 hour drive both ways). After the purchase, Robert also checked on me a couple of times to see how I liked the vehicle and let me know if I needed anything to reach out to him. I am very pleased with the purchase and very grateful to have worked with Robert, he certainly made the whole experience a lot more enjoyable. More

It was a LONG experience but a GREAT experience There are three people that I need to thank at Revolution Kia in Lindenhurst. When I walked in off the street just to "look" Robert Wilson was right there. After talking with him for a bit we went for a drive in a Kia Sorento. Since I am a Mopar girl and have been for a while, driving into the dealership with my Dodge Durango, I was a bit hesitant but he put my fears at ease with a beautiful vehicle that he had me test drive. I didn't buy/lease that day because I was still on the fence with what I should do, I did make an appointment to come back. When I came back unfortunately Robert could not be there so I then started talking to Scott Yaeger. Scott really honed in on what I liked and noticed that the vehicle for me would be the 2015 Kia Sorento with the touring package. Scott saw the vision and started to run with it. After a couple of hours being in the dealer we finally decided on what vehicle I would be best fitted in. It was the 2015 Black Cherry Kia Sorento touring edition. This is where the third person Peter Palmeri comes in. Poor Peter, the finance guy called in sick that day so he was left to deal with all the purchases/leases that day. Scott, thank you for seeing the vision. Peter, thank you for making the deal happen after MUCH negotiations and Robert for running around and getting my beautiful new Kia for me from a land far away LOL. More

Zach was able to answer all of my questions and I purchased a new Kia Soul. I really enjoyed my first Kia Soul and the improvements that have been made to the latest version make the car even more enjoyable. In addition, Richard Ortiz handled the finance part of the deal expertly and was also very professional and explained all of my options with the purchase. My first experience with Revolution Kia was not a good one, however this experience has completely changed my opinion of the dealership. More
