Rob Nosworthy was so accommadating to my needs and very helpful. We looked at other dealerships but i was drawn back to Revolution Kia and to Rob. Rob always kept in contact with me to assure me my car was going to arrive. Rob was even willing to come in on his day off to deliver my car to me but another outstanding salesman Scott Yaeger was willing to deliver it to us. Scott was very pleasant and made you feel just as comfortable. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. THIS DEALERSHIP AND THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE A++++++ More

Outstanding and welcoming I just bought my 2014 Kia Forte at Kia Revolution and was very satisfied with their customer service. Rob Nosworthy was very friendly honest and under I just bought my 2014 Kia Forte at Kia Revolution and was very satisfied with their customer service. Rob Nosworthy was very friendly honest and understanding of our concerns with buying a car. He was accomadating to all our needs. We looked at other dealership but I was drawn back to Revolution and Rob.N. He immediately contacted me when my car arrived and even texted me a photo. He was even willing to come in on his day off to take care of the delivery however another outstanding salesman Scott Yaeger offered to do our delivery with the same customer service as Rob. N. This dealership is A++++++++++++++ I would definitely reccommend them and look out for Rob. Nosworthy who will assist you with whatever you need. Scott eased my anxiety and helped me stay in my budget. I leased a 2014 Kia Sportage. I just love my new car , it was affordable and practical for my needs. My finance man was Ray Alam. He was amazing. Both of these men were very knowledgeable and understanding to my needs. Great job guys. I will be sure to send my family and friends. More

Run far away! So I was holding off on this review due to a lack of time, but after my second experience with this dealership I have to. First off, I went in to take So I was holding off on this review due to a lack of time, but after my second experience with this dealership I have to. First off, I went in to take a LOOK at the Sorento, got in to a lengthy conversation with the salesman who persisted on getting us to consider giving our current lease up for a new Kia. We had a little over a year left on the lease at that time. Not only was he running around like a chicken without a head thinking he was convincing us as to how helpful he was being... he didn't listen. Not once did he let me speak and if you told him something he didn't want to hear he got irritated. We left without intentions of purchasing the car. He then called me and offered us a pretty decent deal, but told us he would have to locate the car and bring it from PA and needed a deposit for that. We said OK and waited, then the numbers changed, then the so-called look they were going to have at my credit score became a hard inquiry. Meaning I did not authorize this or sign any paperwork and they RAN my credit score. They also denied this when I confronted them and said it was an accident. I requested my deposit back which took them over 3 weeks to process because the person wasn't in all of that time? There were so many phone calls and shady shady things done with this dealership that I would never recommend anyone shopping here. Between the numbers changing, locating cars, not being up front about the trade in of my current car, the unauthorized credit run... it's scary. I did complain to multiple people and the manager as well and nothing was done. I spoke with other dealerships and other Kia's and they all agreed this was not correct and weren't trying to sell me a car. So two months later I get a follow up call today from someone completely unrelated, but a part of the same revolution Kia. I told him about my experience and he tried to 'make it right' I was willing to give them a chance as he seemed like a more genuine person than the original salesman and yea that didn't work out. He gave me all the numbers and everything seemed OK, just a matter of making the final decision and then all of a sudden the numbers weren't right. I told him multiple times there was 12 payments left and he continuously told me no it's 10 and I said no it's 12 is that OK with these numbers. He assured me yes, because he still thought I was wrong about MY CAR. So when it comes to making the deposit... all of a sudden he can't do 12 and the payment needs to be higher. I don't understand how you can do business this way. I was actually going to hold off on this review, but today put me over the edge and I will contacting the BBB, KIA as well as the credit bureaus to report them. I was set on getting a Kia at my lease end, but at this point I don't think I even want anything to do with the company. More
