Overall the experience with this dealership was pretty good. The only reason I rated it less than perfect was because the finance manager played a few games with the interest rate and some bogus fees. Ult good. Ultimately we got the best rate after showing him a rate from my bank that I was already approved for and the fees were removed. However he tried to make me believe the salesman was now responsible for the fees. That was a joke. At the end of the day I got the rate and price I wanted and an amazing car. So we are happy with that. Also they included free oil changes for a year and free inspection for life. That was a really nice bonus. More

I bought my new car at Revolution Kia, not only because I loved the car, but because Micah & Howard wer and they were great beyond all expectations. At no point was I ever uncomfortable speaking to them, nor sharing my concerns with price. Both were accommodating, friendly, knowledgeable about the car I wanted and patient with me. Above, I gave a grade of "5 - great" for everything, but I would like to give Micah and Howard a "10 - beyond great". I will definitely refer others to these two gentlemen, and in the future when buying a new car, I would definitely go back to Revolution Kia. Went to Kia on 3/8/14, and was approached by Scott. Was pleasant, very helpful, and never felf pressured to buy. Ended up leasing a new Kia Soul. He really worked hard to het me a good deal. After my sister bought a Kia and have a great experience, I decided that when the time came in to get a new car, that's where I would head. And boy was she right! Right away, Scott came over to my father and I decided that when the time came in to get a new car, that's where I would head. And boy was she right! Right away, Scott came over to my father and I and couldn't have been more friendly. He made us feel like he would do anything he had to in order for me to walk out with a new car. Within five minutes I knew I wanted a Kia Soul and then we took a test drive. I was sold! We took a quick drive, went back to the office and there we were, talking prices. I was extremely impressed with how quick and easy it was. I will admit, that I don't have very good credit, but they still took care of me. Luckily I had my dad to help. But in the future, I know that I will continue with Kia on my own. Not only are the cars great, but the people who work there is what makes it that much better. The only complaint I have is that we were told that it is a 36 month lease. But a few days later, looking over the paperwork, we found out that it is 48. Not only is four years is a long time for a lease, but we were given wrong info. I choose to overlook it because I plan to either buy this car or switch over to another new one. I'm hoping that I could do this after 3 years. I think it's only fair. But besides that little hiccup, I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! Thanks to Scott! I'm looking forward to doing more business in the future. More

The reason I rated the dealership and sales man, Robert, all 5's was because he was kind, friendly, and fair. He went out of his way to be helpful from showing me the car, taking me for a test drive, helpin all 5's was because he was kind, friendly, and fair. He went out of his way to be helpful from showing me the car, taking me for a test drive, helping me move my belongings from my trade-in to my new car, and even gave 'fatherly' advice in reference from what I needed in the car to the gas mileage. Because of the snow, he practically begged me to come back for a free cleaning after the roads are clear of salt and sand. Everyone in the show room was polite;' they even played with my 9 year old daughter to keep her out of my hair while I was talking business. More
