My Review Of Ricart Kia:

During the past decade, my wife and I have leased or purchased nine vehicles from "another auto dealership." In November 2011, I was helping my son, Ryan, find a new car. We met Ricart Product Specialist, Bob Tackett, and a short time later, Ryan drove off in his dream car, a 2012 Kia Forte Koup SX. I remembered that great car buying experience and decided to return to Ricart in search of a car for my wife, Peggy and daughter, Jennifer. We were advised that Mr. Tackett had retired but that Product Specialist, Brett Geiger, would help us. Brett immediately proceeded to show us all of the Kia and Hyundai models that best suited our needs and budgets. Brett's pleasant personality, low key sales approach and expert knowledge of Kia and Hyundai cars, allowed us to decide upon the best choices. We then met with Aaron Madry regarding financing. Aaron quickly worked out auto leases that fit within our budgets. Business Manager, Janda Beresford, completed all of the paperwork in record time. Matt Kamppi followed up to ensure we received gas and service discount coupons.
Thanks to all of the professionals at Ricart Kia / Hyundai, my wife has a 2013 Kia Sorento LX; my daughter and grandaughter have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra and my son has his Kia Forte. Guess I will just have to visit Ricart again to get a car for myself! Thanks so much for your continued commitment to your customers. You have exceeded our expectations. We're Dealin' is true.

My Review Of Ricart Kia:

I spoke to Hatfield KIA first and told them to give me there best price up front. They came back with a price nowhere close to what I was willing to pay. I counter offered left the dealership and told them to call me the next day after they sharpened there pencil. They called me the next day and gave me another price a little lower but still not where I wanted it. I email Ricart and got a price from one email that was $2000 less than Hatfield’s best price. I called Ricart KIA location and told them where I wanted to be. He told me to come on down and they would see what they could do. I meet with Rollin after I arrived and gave him the price I wanted. He took it to the finance department and that was it. I offered to pay the dealer fee, title and tag out of my pocket and they gave me the car for the price I wanted to pay. The best car buying experience that I have ever had! You have a customer for life! Plus it doesn’t hurt that you have a huge selection and just about every manufacturer on the planet in one place! I will be back and I will send everyone I know to your location! Excellent service friendly employee’s makes buying a car from your dealership a WIN, WIN for all involved! Keep up the great work and I will see you guys again!

The customer service was very kind, polite and nice. We received excellent service throughout our experience through Ricart. Start to finish was great! We met great people who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The staff was very well educated with information on cars we were interested in.

My Review Of Ricart Kia:

I enjoyed the knowledge that Joseph Eddy had in explaining all the car details and also how he did not make me feel rushed in looking for a new car. All my questions and concerns were addressed and answered from Joe Plantz who made my payment comfortable. Rodricka Black also explained the contract to me in such a friendly manner that I knew there was not any hidden charges.

The whole experience was a good one and I will refer many friends and family to buy their next new car from Ricart Ford. Thank you..

My Review Of Ricart Kia:

We bought a 2013 Kia Soul and Joe Eddy & Nicholas Sohovich helped with every step of the buying process. Thay were wonderful to work with.Two thumbs up for both of them. The only complaint I have is they never had much of a choice on the Kia Soul. They should of had at leasr 3 or 4 to choose from. Thir was nothing Joe or Nick could do about that but it would have been nice to have a choice. I love my Soul I am still trying to adjust my head to it being so small.LOL But yes I would go back to Joe or Nick again and I will recomend them .
