Worst service department ever. I am so upset with Rich Ford service I bought a 2019 Ranger of their showroom floor on March 2 with a minor problem, the rearview mirror is broken. A I am so upset with Rich Ford service I bought a 2019 Ranger of their showroom floor on March 2 with a minor problem, the rearview mirror is broken. After 26 days they scheduled a repair date for me. I dropped the truck off and had to get rides from friends and family only to have them call me and say they didn't have the parts. A rearview mirror, 26 days, countless phone calls and one overnight drop off with a loaner car and they couldn't call me the day before and tell me there were no parts. I have never dealt with this level of incompetence. Don't go to Rich Ford! More

Lied to us We contacted this dealership looking for a new Ranger several days ago, letting them know we were about 40 minutes away. We were contacted by the manager several times that they had 2 4x2 type of Rangers. And that we could test drive. We made an appointment for a couple of days later. We were contacted by text and email, verifying that we were still coming. Two hours before our appointment, the Manger asked if we were coming. We said yes. Showed up exactly in time. We were walked inside, and told the manager would be right out. Well we stood around, then noticed our name on the board...but with a salesman. I had a gut feeling something was up...cause Ford has managers take over almost immediately. No problem, the salesman was great, helpful...but said Ranger? Tried to show us a Lariat! Then he went to “find” the Rangers. Not a one On the lot, doesn’t even know when one is coming! I am so furious that Manager deliberately lied! Doubly angry that he threw his salesman under the bus to deal with us extremely pissed customers. Manager is a coward! I was so angry, we decided that Ford was not worth our business. Well, lots of dealerships on Lomas. So we stopped by VW. I’m seriously considering a Tiguan now. Was never on my radar. More

This is the second vehicle we purchased from Rich Ford, we purchased a 2017 Ford F150 and we were so pleased with the great deal and great service that we received that we decided to purchase our second vehicle from them. Our sales associate and his manager we're both very polite and professional during the whole process and gave us the best possible deal we could ever expect to get from any other dealership and assured us that this service would continue long after the purchase of this vehicle.
