When I purchased the vehicle it was awesome. I was really surprised that there were few notifications that my vehicles service was due. I knew from the service indicator in the car so I initiated the contact. Further surprised that there wasn’t an offer when I scheduled to schedule when a loaner was available since the car had a recall issue that required an all day fix I called in to inquire because my Subaru experience was so good about that! I was told that loaners were three weeks out I also walked into the showroom to see if there was a trade up option and not a single associate approached me. Maybe I need to go back to Subaru, just sort of a ‘meh’ experience with a pricey vehicle. More
We have owned BMWs for almost 20 years, and have not purchased one from this dealership. The first time I went to purchase a 2003 330i from them I was treated rather rudely and ended up going out of mar purchased one from this dealership. The first time I went to purchase a 2003 330i from them I was treated rather rudely and ended up going out of market to purchase the vehicle, a trend that has continued to this day. We primarily come to this location to get our cars serviced, and our experience is generally average. The service advisors are never particularly friendly, but they are never rude....until recently. I went to schedule an oil change for our daughter's (older) car and instead of explaining how our service plan worked was simply told they would not service the vehicle and was treated very rudely. Last year the dealership damaged the wheel on my M2 while washing it after an oil change. This is three strikes for them and I won't be returning for service, in addition to already buying my BMWs out of market. Have purchased both M's from Sewell in Texas and other vehicles in DC and Oklahoma City, which have all been stellar experiences. Beyond disappointing that I have to travel that far to purchase a vehicle. There is a highly rated independent service shop in the area I will be going to for all service now, including warranty work. More
