Having purchased several cars from this dealership, I would think their service center would be more receptive and helpful, but they are not. I also spent over $4000 at the dealership to purchase an expended service contact but still they are not helpful and the few times I was able to obtain service, I was only able to do so after going to the service manager and "pulling teeth".
