My low tire pressure light came on. I put some air in a tire and drove 15 miles to my FIAT studio where everyone greets me like I'm their friend instead of some tire center. In spite of no appointment and the fact is that it was Saturday, Emmanuel took me right in and took care of it with no charge. I had a nail in my tire but they were able to just patch it up to fix it with no time. I already was late for work but thanks to their very friendly and quick work, I wasn't that late and my boss was happy to see me sooner than expected. Thank you everyone at the studio for a friendly service every time I visit them and especially Emmanuel for a great customer service. This is my second FIAT and there is a good reason for it besides I love this cute Italian car so much. More

I couldn't be happier with my Fiat and the service I have received from this location . To say they go above and beyond would be a understatement. If there is a issue they take care of it. Nice, friendly staff. I drive 216.3 miles round-trip just to experience the Rick Case Fiat customer satisfaction! I have always driven there with a smile on my face, and left the same way! I am so confident in Rick Case Fiat and their team, I'll keep going back. One thing is for certain. If you have a good thing going with a dealer you feel comfortable with, why change? Yes, I can go to other Fiat Dealers closer to me, but I'm comfortable with Rick Case Fiat. Rick Case Fiat's motto should be "We drive smiles!" I sure do drive the miles for the smiles. Raquel Case and her "studio team" are absolutely awesome !!! Back in July my daughter & her husband purchased a very special "orange" wrapped Fiat 500 from Raquel. They just happened to s absolutely awesome !!! Back in July my daughter & her husband purchased a very special "orange" wrapped Fiat 500 from Raquel. They just happened to see it advertised on-line - unfortunately, they were working out of town (in Boston, MA) because of their jobs. Nevertheless, Raquel managed to make the sale possible by accepting a cashiers check and holding the little car for two weeks until they could fly down to sign paperwork and pick it up. They went straight from the airport to the Dealership - got a crash course on how to operate all the bells and whistles - then hit the road for the 2 day drive up I-95 (25 hrs - 1500 mi) from Davie, FL to Boston, MA. Last weekend their jobs brought them back to south Florida for the winter - and - the first place they headed was Rick Case to have their little orange Fiat serviced. I have nothing but praise for the entire team - Francesca, Manny and Nick took care of everything (with a smile) and the utmost professionalism! In my personal opinion, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of - even pointing out things that were covered on the service contract that we weren't aware of. This team is amazing - and we wanted them to know there are customers who REALLY do appreciate their quality service - right down to the complimentary car wash !! More
I was very happy to have worked with Juan Flores. I did not have an appointment and was worried nothing will be able to be done to my car. My right side window was not working at all. Would not go up or do not have an appointment and was worried nothing will be able to be done to my car. My right side window was not working at all. Would not go up or down and I was not sure if I could come in on such short notice. I called Juan Flores told me he could take a look at it for me. He was very nice and kept me up dated on everything I needed to know. Any questions I had he answered or concerns. Well I was waiting everyone I talked to was very helpful and nice. When I got my car back it was washed and cleaned very nicely. I am very happy with my experience I had. I feel safe in my car knowing I am in the Rick Case FIAT family. I hope my next experience will be just has great. More

Purchased my Fiat at another dealer in July 2011. had a problem and found my way to Rick Case. Service Manager Juan Flores is personable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Absolutely the best service person I have ever encountered in almost 50 years of purchasing and servicing cars. Recently looked into purchasing a 4 door 500L. Salesperson Ali Hghley was very friendly, most knowledgeable and very generous with her time. Unfortunately the trade on my present 2012 500L was a bit low which deters me from acquiring the 4 door but I will continue to service my Fiat here, as well as, continue to shop for a new vehicle. More
