As I entered the building, I was greeted by Donald (salesman). Donald was not like the "typical" sales person; by this I mean he was not pushy, overwhelming, or irritating. He took the time to respect me as a potential buyer, and made me feel valued. Before I left your dealership (with my new car), I felt like a friend of the dealership. I also want to say that I had the pleasure of dealing with Ralph (manager) and Nadia (finance). Ralph and Nadia were also friendly, approachable, and easy to deal with. Ralph was able to explain everything that was going on in terms of numbers with the vehicle, and also got me a good trade in value for my old car. Nadia was honest and very informative throughout the whole finance portion of my visit. She took time to explain each and every service and option available to me for my new purchase. These 3 employees made my experience at Rick Case Hyundai the most pleasurable experience I have EVER had in terms of making a purchase. I took their business cards, and have proudly been passing them out to people I know that are looking to purchase a new vehicle. I want you to know that Donald, Ralph, and Nadia are 3 people that add a tremendous value to your dealership and they are much more than employees...they are an assets to your dealership. My husband and I were only in the "looking stage" due to not knowing exactly what type of vehicle we actually wanted until we decided to check out the Rick Case Hyundai dealership in Weston, F stage" due to not knowing exactly what type of vehicle we actually wanted until we decided to check out the Rick Case Hyundai dealership in Weston, Florida. We were greeted by Marco who accommodated and was very understanding of our needs as well as what we wanted in monthly payments due to my potential retirement and the birth of our first grandchild. We did, in fact, leave that day without a purchase, then subsequently returned a day or so later and Jeremy assisted us when Marco was helping out another customer. Jeremy had both my husband and I test drive the vehicle and we were sold at that point on the Sonata due to the comfort, ease and luxury of this vehicle. Upon acceptance of the vehicle, Jeremy came in to meet us on his day off in order to show us the workings of the XM Radio, bluetooth technology, air conditioning, storage within the vehicle's compartments, "under the hood", etc. We want to thank Rick Case for a pleasant experience in car purchasing. First, their sticker price on the USED car I was interested in was over $4k higher than what other SHADY DEALER- Avoid these guys like the plague! First, their sticker price on the USED car I was interested in was over $4k higher than what other dealers are offering vehicles with the same make/model/options/mileage. The salesperson TWICE quoted me a fair "out the door" price, only to raise it by $3k once I sat down to do the deal. Needless to say, don't waste your time with this dealership- I'm glad I didn't buy the car now; I can only imagine their level of service! More
