Great experience all around! walked me through the process of how to lease a vehicle and answered all of my questions honestly! Mr. Tucker was fantastic as was the manager Jerry. Even though i kept them late on a saturday they were more than patient and understanding and took the time to work with me and my situation. Great people, great experience and great car! Looking forward to my next deal with this lot!

Robert was very helpful and answered all questions and concerns. He was knowledgeable of the product and benefits of the dealership. This dealership offers 20 year 200,000 mile warranty. Why go to any other Hyundai dealer? The only reason I didn't give all 5's was that the application process when purchasing the vehicle took longer than I anticipated.

My Review of Rick Case Hyundai Mitsubishi:
At 60, I am not a kid and have dealt with many different dealerships and salespersonnel in my life. I found the professionalism of the staff of Rick Case Hyundai in Bedford to be excellent. The salesperson that I dealt with, Chuck Ardary, went out of his way to accomodate special needs that I had. He gave excellent advice in the selection of an appropriate vehicle. He did research to find appropriate shops to provide add-ons that I needed. I greatly appreciate that Mr. Ardary coordinated the process of providing me with a car that met my needs. Hyundai Sonatas and Elantras are selling as fast as the dealers get them, often folks order vehicles in advance due to their high demand. In spite of what is a "sellers" market, Chuck provided a good deal. I purchased a Hyundai Sonata Hybrid. I am very happy with the car, it has all of the features that I wanted and due to Mr. Ardary's integrity, I did not have to get a vehicle with features that I did not want. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Rick Case Hyundai in Bedford, OH and I am grateful to Chuck Ardary for being an honest salesperson who went out of his way to ensure that I got the car that suited my needs without add-ons that I did not request. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership again and recommend this dealership and Mr. Ardary to anyone wishing to purchase a quality car. A feature of Hyundai that I like is that many of the popular models, the Sonatas and Elantras are made in the US. Hyundai has assembly plants in the US and is also building engines and transmissions here. My person feeling is that I would rather buy a vehicle from a foreign-owned company that is made by American workers than a car from a US manufacturer that is made outside the US.

I have just visit this hyundai mitsubishi yesterday and must i say i am so pleased and honored to have such a wonderful person help me with finding a car. I have been in so many situations in which most salesman main worry is all about money. Yesterday i was blessed with a salesman by the name of Karen Emch i would recommend her to anyone who wants to get the job done. She helped me find a car that i actually love in which was affordable to me, her loving, charming, character is also what encouraged my family and i to buy the car. She has been such a great help and i really appreciate her and theres really not alot of people out here thats willing to help others like Karen.

My Review of Rick Case Hyundai Mitsubishi:
From the moment I walked in with my father and Damiean understood I was the one buyin the car his total attention was to me and not my father, unlike other dealers we had dealt with that wouldn't give me the time of day. I was interested in a black 2011 Elantra limited and Damiean made that happen. It took about two months for my car to come in on a truck and Damiean made sure that the first one off was mine. During those couple months he kept me updated on how long till a black limited came in, and if a different color came in if i wanted it. Damiean and the team at Rick Case made the buying experience less stressful and more enjoyable.

Our experience that we had at the dealership was exellent. Our sales man Damiean was very professional. He anwsered all of the questions that we had and explained all of the different features of the car very well, he even showed us where they change the oil at. I would definetly reccomed this dealership to others all of the employees that waited on us were very nice and very professional.

In order to have a better car buying experience, be sure to call first and ask if the specific car you are looking for is on the lot. Also be sure to check out the online car prices verses window sticker. You can get a good idea of how low of a price you can get.

I am a single mother of four children and I needed to get new and affordable transportation. Did not want to keep putting money into the used van that I had...So it was important to me to find a dealer and salesman that would understand my situation, and then find the best vehicle to fit the parameters of no money dow and an affordable payment...This was the first and only dealership that I went to. from the time that I walked on the lot Damien approached me in a very professional manner and was able to answer all of my questions...No haggling, no hassles...
