My Review Of Rick Case Hyundai:
Great Service and support at Rick Case Hyundai, Ft. Lauderdale - they really live up to their moto, "Our Customers, Our Friends."
I went in for routine service knowing that my 2009 Sonata looked great, ran great, and at 57,000 miles had another 43,000 miles of full extended warranty coverage.
But I took along a flyer I received from another dealer "We'll top your Blue-book value" and handed it to a very personable salesman in the showroom. He showed the flyer to his managers, they said they could match it, and on the lot we found the perfect car - color, options, & trim, and made in USA (Hyundai Alabama). Mr. Jaehrling and Sales Manager Mr. Fonseca explained all the benefits to trading in my paid off Sonata, in very knowledgable and agreeable fashion, so I'm now driving a brand new Elantra - secure in a new "extended wrap" warranty, and with Mr. Jaehlring explaining the fancy new "Bluetooth" system, which not only makes "no hands" phone calls, but plays your phone's music or video (news) on the stereo wirelessly.
The Elantra is almost as roomy and powerful as the Sonata, with better gas mileage in a very sporty package.
