Great experience. Didn't feel pressured into buying a car. We were impressed with the customer service that Chett Provided. The only issue we had was that there was no spare key provided and The warranty was explained differently than it was actually issued. I felt a little tricked with that.

My Review Of Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place:

Sean Allen was extremely helpful, starting with his first email to me after my online inquiry. He let me know about the special 200,000 mile power train warranty that Rick Case Kia adds to all of their sales, and that set this dealership apart. Sean and I spoke on the phone and he asked me a lot of questions about what kind of car we were looking for. He did a great job of consulting with me. He did followup for me before I ever even set foot in to the dealership and was one of few salespeople willing to go this extra mile. Then, once my son and I visited the dealership, Sean was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He went over lots of details and features of the car with us, and then again when my husband joined us. And to top it off, Sean made me stay an extra minute and set up my blue tooth for me in the car and showed me again how to use it. This was awesome, because if he hadn't done that, I probably still wouldn't have it working. Thank you Sean! We love our new car.

I purchased a Kia Soul. My salesman Perry helped me find a vehicle quickly, got me approved and everything. No pressuring me and actually gave me exactly what i asked for! There was no hassle or waiting everything was very precise. My overall experience with the dealership was amazing. The finance manager Cleo was very thorough in the details of my contract. As well as a great attitude which made me more comfortable.

My Review Of Rick Case Kia at Gwinnett Place:

The customer service at this location was really good. We had to wait for a while but that is understandble when you are trying to find the right car for yourself. The representative, Kalesa Basden was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable about the car we were trying to purchase. She made sure we were very happy during and after the deal was made. She was also very patient with us as well. The finance manager, Craig made sure we walked out of the location with the payent that we were comfortable to afford and that we were satisfied. Others helped out as well, so overall I would definitely recommend this location to others who are trying to purchase a new or used vehicle.
