This is the 3rd car I've purchased from Rick Hendrick.One of the major considerations in car shopping here is the service dept. At 1:30PM on the 13th of April 2011 I drove my Jeep into Rick Henndrick and was immediately greeted by Donny LaVassar. He assured me that they could work with me to find the perfect car. My wife and I looked at and test drove numerous cars, only to find out that the payments were too high. The staff did not give up. They were all so friendly and hard working, it was like having my own personal pit crew at the races. At 8:30 that evening I traded my Jeep for a 2007 Ford Fusion in emaculate condition with only 20 thousand miles on it. Staff members have stayed late so I could drive my car home that evening by 8:30. Behind the scenes Jerry Pannel and James Blevens made all the arrangements. Donny even contacted my insurance company for me and had the insurance transfered to the new car. Brandy worked dillengently after the sale to get my new tags and when the tags came in Donny put them on the car for me. I visited one of your competitors and did not like the salesmans approach. I had talked to a salesman earlier that day and had promised to come back the next day after work. A different salesman came out and when i told him i was working with someone else, he essentially had nothing else to do with me, even opened the jeep doors remotely and never walked back out. When i went to your dealership, after being treated like that, I told Drew that i had been working with Rob. Drew was fantastic. He told me Rob was off but he would be sure to tell him i came by. He answered all my questions, showed me several models, took down the info on what i was looking for, and passed all this on to Rob so we wouldn't have to go over it all again. Rob called me the next day and I purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Steve Hester came in and told me ya'll were doing everything ya'll could to earn my business and i truly believe he was sincere and valued me as a customer. Even when I went to talk to Cliff about financing, he was professiional, very helpful in explaining my options, and worked hard to get my payments where i needed them.
