The two guys I worked with were great. They were very friendly and very helpful. It was a nice mom and pop shop and they were not out to just make another buck. Dick was a wonderful salesman, met us on the lot almost immediately upon arrival and stayed with us looking at each truck and the accessories that it had. He was extremely patient and knowledgeable of how all of the items worked and took the time to explain each one. There was no pressure to buy now or lose the deal just information to make an informed decision. As for the prices, we had shopped dealers from Paso Robles to Buellton and Rio Vista was right on the target with several discounts and rebates the price was lower than any other. Yes, I would recommend this dealership in a heart beat to anyone looking for another car. Thank you Dick, we love our new truck and no regrets at all for choosing your dealership. Mike and Ellie More

Please note that I do not work at Rio Vista. That said, let me say my experience in buying a used car at this 'small town' business was among the very best I have ever had. There is a sense you get from the sales staff that I haven't felt in a long time: low pressure, courtesy, and knowledge of product. My friend bought a Mazda Miata and I bought a Nissan Z car. According to our research before arriving, the asking price was very close to Edmunds and other car websites. The showroom and waiting rooms are small and outdated by some dealer standards, but everyone abides by the "eight foot rule" and greet customers with a smile. The buying process was very smooth, with only one hiccup: my final monthly payment increased a few dollars from the agreed upon amount during the contract signing session with the finance department because the interest rate was a bit higher for an extended loan. The owner, Sam, is very gracious, attentive, progressive and committed to making his dealership an outstanding 'small town' Chevrolet dealership. More
