My Review of Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Inc.:
This was by far the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dealership. Margie was very helpful in finding me a Wrangler...I didn't think I could afford the Unlimited Rubicon but Margie and her boss Bobby made it happen..interest rate and monthly payments were more than comfortable for me. I was scarred by the Jeep dealership in Little Falls after they literally lied and screwed me over..and had the nerve to call me back a year later to do business again!!! But dealerships like Riverdale Jeep are a sight for sore eyes. Just good people. I will definitely go back and do business again. And recommend it to everyone:)

I bought my Chrysler there - good experience, but DO NOT TRUST THEIR SERVICE PEOPLE. They will rip you off. Go anywhere else - really bad. They told me an unbelievable story about why I needed work costing twice what it originally should have. When I pointed out this made no sense, they told me a series of mutually exclusive and contradictory explanations to try to explain . Unfortunately for them their original lie was based on something they did not know could not be true. Just really comical lying. UNTRUSTWORTHY, WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF ANYWAY THEY CAN. I was lucky to catch them because of the circumstances. If you had any work done here, go over your records carefully and if there are any doubts call Chrysler's complaint line, they will be very responsive. I spoke to several people who had work there and all had stories. Ive been advising them to call Chrysler. They have a growing file of these guys, hopefully. Complaints matter in their future as a dealership (chrysler let go 24% of its dealerships a few years back and had an eventual target of 45% in its bankruptcy petition). This service dept deserves attention. It is a throw back to the rip off shops which gave chrysler such a bad reputation before the bailout.. Disgraceful.

When we walked in the door no one tried to help us. We had to actually go from desk to desk searching for someone that was available. We were interested in a new 2012 model and were shown a 2008 used car (because the car could not be found at that time). We waited for about an hour to see the newer model, which they said was in another lot. We were then told it was still not available. Overall, we were disappointed in our experience.

We recently purchased our 2012 Cherokee Overland from Riverdale Chrysler and couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience. Bobby Albert was a pleasure to deal with, and made the whole process simple and stress-free. We were given a fair price for our trade-in (way above competitor offers), as well as an excellent price on the truck. To make things even better, our car was delivered 4 weeks earlier than promised. Overall, we have nothing but positive feedback for Riverdale Chrysler Jeep, and will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking. Thank you guys!

My Review of Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Inc.:
I initially wanted to deal with a dealer that I bought from previously in NJ, but they could not meet my numbers even though I wanted to give them my business. I called up Bobby Albert and talked briefly about my trade-in and the price I expected from the 2012 T&C. He quickly ran the numbers and asked me when I can come in. He also mentioned that he will not nickel and dime me since I am coming from NJ, and as long as my trade-in was clean he will give me the promised value.

As soon as I walk in, I was greeted by smiles and hand shakes. Mike the salesman showed me to the car and we started the paperwork right away with the numbers we had agreed on. Bobby also got me all the incentives that applied in my case and got me the best financing possible. While the previous dealer told me that I was almost $100 off my monthly payments that I desired, Bobby got me darn close to what I wanted to pay each month.

Simply put, I am a new T&C owner and wished I would have bought my 2011 Grand Cherokee from them as well. You guys have my future business as well if I buy another ChryCo. product! I will definitely refer you guys business!

My Review of Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Inc.:
I had been looking for a Jeep Wrangler for about 4 months when I decided to take a walk at the end of a nice weekend day to the local Riverdale Chrysler Jeep dealer. First, the dealership is is conveniently located for shopping cars; right near the train. When I walked onto the lot I was warmly greeted by Margarita (Margie) Vazquez. I told her what I was looking for (a basic new 2011 Jeep Wrangler) and she very quickly pointed me toward a really great deal on a slightly used 2011, with more equipment at a better price than I was expecting. I put some money down and came back on Monday to close the deal. She made it really easy and in two short visits I had the Jeep I was looking for with better financing than my own bank could offer. Margie is very knowledgable and attentive. She didn't try to push me to something more than I wanted. The finance process was great and the whole customer service attitude at the dealership was very refreshing. I highly recommend speaking to Margie if you are looking for a new or used car.

Exceptional experience. It's dealerships/guys like this that will change that negative perception of car sales people. Great integrity, honesty and professionalism. I would go back to this dealership for any other car needs and have already (bought my car yesterday) referred them to a co-worker looking for a new car. Bobby is a guy to be trusted and he won't bullshit you wish typical car selling tactics. Was very fair in trade-in values and financing. Would refer anyone to this dealership.

My Review of Riverdale Chrysler Jeep Inc.:
I recently purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee (Overland) from this dealership and am extremely pleased with my experience with Mike Chavez and Bobby Albert.

I am an automotive enthusiast (work on cars) and also tend to do a LOT of research before making any large purchase. So, before contacting any dealers, I knew exactly what I wanted, what it cost (invoice), what Chrysler was offering in terms of rebates, and the holdback amount. For me, it simply came down to price and trust.

I contacted a number of dealers in the area, and Riverdale (as well as its sister store Eastchester, incidentally), were the ONLY dealers that were honest with me throughout the process -- no hidden fees, no sales tactics, no BS. They were straight up, which is why I decided to give my business to them.

What I didn't expect was the level of professionalism and courtesy that they exhibited throughout the process. I wanted a certain set of options for my Jeep, and they went to great lengths to find the right vehicle for me, which entailed an inventory trade with another dealer in the area. Everything was all set to go, deal was done, when that other dealer sold the specific vehicle I wanted to someone else who was willing to pay more. When that happened, Riverdale (Bobby) went above and beyond to make things right, even though it was not their fault. He found another unit with the options I wanted, plus some additional equipment, and offered to sell it to me at the same price as the original vehicle -- that is true customer service, and it is frankly very rare among businesses these days.

All in all, this dealership really impressed me, and I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my family or friends there.
