I had taken my mother in to see about leasing a new Beetle. I had expected the experience to be the same as every other dealership experience I had....where I would rather undergo a root canal then dea Beetle. I had expected the experience to be the same as every other dealership experience I had....where I would rather undergo a root canal then deal with the "beatdown" and game playing, but before my dad passed away in August he had promised my Mom the she could get a Beetle (as an incentive for her to get better as she too was hospitalized). So in keeping with the promise, I had to bite the bullet and take her to the dreaded car dealer. Well, my experience at Riverhead Bay VW was NOTHING like my past experiences! It was the most incredible thing I had ever encountered. First, Bill Brienza, an honest and true, decent man, real, no BS, and treated my mother and I (2 females!)with respect and genuine kindness. No pushy salesmen nonsense, and no trying to BS 2 females, and for that alone I knew Mom would be walking out with her car..without being taken advantage of. Bill took the time to explain everything to us and could not have made us feel more special. We then had the pleasure of meeting Allen who like Bill had the ability to connect with anyone he spoke to. We felt as if we've known everyone there for ever. Timothy Healy is the third person we dealt with, and by this point my mother and I were totally blown away by the royal treatment we were receiving. Never have I experienced such an amazing group of people, really dedicated to their customer, and the level of comfort we felt is unbelieveable. These guys make me want to recommend Riverhead Bay VW to everyone for the most incredible car buying experience you will ever have. Thank you Bill, Allen and Tim for everything!!!!
