Everytime we take our vehicles there they tell us what is wrong with them and then they come back with more issues. They never have parts needed for repairs and it takes weeks to get vehicle back. I repeatedly tried to ask your representative Kera about My vehicle and the miscommunication between herself and the claims support at Assurant, but she refused to deal with my questions. We just purchased our first truck from Riverside. We went to quite a few dealerships looking for the perfect new truck for what we were needing and looking for. Riverside made the process super easy We went to quite a few dealerships looking for the perfect new truck for what we were needing and looking for. Riverside made the process super easy and smooth. They offered us a comparable value for our trade in compared to other dealerships. Even though they didn’t initially have a truck like we were wanting, they informed us of a truck they had on the way that was just what we were looking for and more. Their sales rep Judd was super easy to work with, kept us updated the entire time while we were waiting for the new truck to arrive at their dealership (only took a few days) and made the whole process super fast and easy and he was very willing to negotiate and work with us on everything. The truck came in today and he informed us as soon as the truck arrived on their lot and we drove there, test drove it, looked it over and finalized everything and signed the paperwork. Super excited for our new ride. Thank you Riverside for being so easy to work with. More

Too xxxx expensive for service. They wanted almost $800 to change a mirror glass on the drivers side of my corvette. Kathy has excellent customer service skills Took my Equinox in for my routine oil change and Kathy checked me in and was very nice. You could tell that she had a million things going on, but she still helped me as if I was the only person asking for her assistance. Upon inspection, I needed two new tires, as well as a rear alignment. She tried to find me the same tires that I currently had, which she could not, but she got me right in for my alignment after I went and got tires elsewhere. She is very professional, and nice at the same time. I also have dealt with Kathy with my business, and I get the same great service each time! Thank you Kathy! More
