Joshua howell in the last week Wow! Not the good kind either! Let me start by saying my vehicle is NEW HAS 9K MILES ON IT. I took vehicle in for a check engine light bc this disable tow haul, remote start, cruise control etc. I was informed my part was on back order with no delivery date, I purchased this truck for towing abilities considering I NEEDED it. I respectfully asked would it be reasonable to expect 2 weeks, given a possibility I called back after 2 weeks, after not receiving a return call when leaving a message for both my advisor and service manager over a 4 day span I finally reached someone I then requested a rental until my part arrived, just something with abilities to tow as I was being put on hold with work. I was then sent to "selling dealer". I disagree that my warranty guidelines weren't good at this dealer I contacted GM customer service, they informed me my gut was correct, they should supply one. They ( unwillingly ) complied. The bad gets worse, they contact me a day later stating that they second guess there diagnosis and rechecked my truck, keep in mind, they only had my truck to install a sensor that they diagnosed was cause and the part wasn't available. They carry on to tell me that my truck has BAD FUEL. I filled up, several days before and had driven nearly 200 miles on the fuel that was in my truck currently. I contact my family member that worked for a GM dealer nearly 15 yrs I was informed this is a common day SCAM. I was told by Amanda your check engine light will stay on until you address BAD FUEL. They FINALLY get my sensor installed I pick up my truck..... Miraculous! No check engine light! I replaced filters for ease of my own mind they had 40% left and photoed crank case CLEAN PEOPLE SPOTLESS MIGHT I ADD!! They quoted me 900 dollars to clean my tank and replace filters!! There was nothing wrong at all with my truck despite a sensor they couldn't get. I firmly believe bc u insisted on service I deserve for spending near 55k on a truck they got pissed and wanted to RIPE ME OFF! please don't do anything without a second opinion!

"Can't be trusted"

1st. time at dealer a free oil change coupon went missing. 2nd. time at dealer someone tried to gain entry to the rear of my truck (shell lock prevented this). Also the 2nd. time I was promised the work would only take 2-3 hours. After a six hour wait my truck finally went into the shop. I had made an appointment for 9:30 AM so I could have by noon. Finally got my truck at 3:45 PM. Not a happy camper!

If you are looking for a new or used car and want a dealership with great service go to Riverside in Columbus and ask for Gerald Goss {the ice cream man) We have always dealt with Jay Pontiac but got service like never before here at Riverside. He was very nice and fully explained and demonstrated every feature of the car we selected as well as future service, warranties, etc of the car. We really enjoyed the courtesy and service we received. Mr. Goss is a very friendly and informative salesman about the service and automobiles at Riverside
