Rob Sight Ford - Service Center

I took my car in for a standard oil change. I was greeted at my car as soon as I pulled in. Noted the service I had scheduled and directed toward the waiting room. The waiting room had coffee, many greeted at my car as soon as I pulled in. Noted the service I had scheduled and directed toward the waiting room. The waiting room had coffee, many magazines, and a large TV for entertainment. After my car was serviced I was shown the check sheet and we discussed a small oil leak to keep an eye on, and the need for new tires within the next six months. My car was then washed, I paid the cashier, and it was left at the front of the bay with the keys inside. Less than an hour. Cost is a little high, I could get an oil change cheaper at one of the "quick change" places. But I like taking it back to the dealer, just so they can check everything over well. Very good service. For $44, this dealer gave our newly-purchased 8-year-old car a thorough check in addition to an oil change and tire rotation. Brought in my daughter's 2002 Ford Focus for repair. Within 2 hours, they called me, and had diagnosed the problem as a bad ignition coil.
