Quick, friendly and painless I went in to Roberts with a pessimistic attitude, thinking I was just chasing a pipe dream. I was met by Marcus Watson with a huge smile and a 100% optimistic attitude and refused to give in to my negativity on getting approved. Not only did he exceed my expectations as a salesman, but EVERYONE(especially Kevin Steiniger who was just as awesome and was actually rooting for me to get the car) exceeded my expectations of Roberts. All salesmen greeted me as if they were the ones selling me a car; happy, friendly and just down right awesome attitudes. Needless to say, they took great care of me and got me behind the wheel of the exact car I wanted; 2015 Ford Taurus Limited in less than 24 hours. (Marcus called me every time a car that fit the description of the one I wanted came in and finally, the exact one I wanted came in and he had me come down... I was sold.) Let's not forget the service team who had one of the best detailers I have ever seen (Tim Cunningham). Also, customer service manager Anna was beyond helpful as she assisted Marcus in getting me down to Roberts to see the car that I wanted to buy. I am very fussy about getting stuff done right, and Kevin Steiniger made sure it was all done from start to finish. I recommend his good nature and easy going, no pressure, way of dealing. Our sales experience happened out of a negative necessity but he helped flip that to a positive. I also can't thank the finance office enough, Mike is an amazing and truly kind man who will go above and beyond... if people want to work this hard to make you happy, I recommend giving them your money! I wanted to also thank my Service advisor and shop tech who worked on the old car that needed to be replaced, they were amazingly patient and knew their stuff.
