Carried my 4Runner in for an oil change and came out with it leaking water in The floor board. Which it had never done before this even with a trip to Florida where we drove back in a horrible storm and had it leaking water in The floor board. Carried it back and they said it was due to the wires from my KC lights coming thru the firewall. and wanted to charge me almost $400 to fix a problem that I did not have before they touched it!! I will never carry a vehicle back to them again. I don’t know what they did but this is absolutely ridiculous. This problem did not exist even before I bought it when inspected by the dealership!!! More
I had a long wait on a Saturday to get my car serviced. Couldn't get a rental on Saturday. I was told I had an hour and a half wait but it was more like two 2 +hours. I love my Camry. But, as of late, I have received poor customer service. I purchased 2 extended care plans from Master Tech and I feel like I have spent my hard- But, as of late, I have received poor customer service. I purchased 2 extended care plans from Master Tech and I feel like I have spent my hard-earned money on something not worth the paper it is written on. I have received no help from the service representative regarding an issue that I am having with the rims on my Camry. I do not think he has been any help in providing enough information to Master Tech regarding the issues. Plus, when I purchased the Camry, and was asked about buying the extended service plan, I was told “Oh, it’s the BEST .. they are a good company and they “FIX” any issues you would have, even cosmetic. Ha! The first issue and the service rep tells me they will not “replace” only repair. I do not believe he tried to help me at all. In FACT, when I brought him the paperwork, he said, “it will take him a little bit, because he did not know how to help or all the steps involved”. I asked him, you mean I am the first customer ever to present you with this extended plan?!?! Well, he said, no but still don’t know exactly how it works. I have not called Master Tech yet. I am just not looking forward to trying to convince them to do what the plan says they will do. Plus, again, I have received ANY HELP from the service representative. He seemed to take great delight in telling me Master Tech would only repair. What a rip off. And Robinson Toyota PROMOTES buying these plans. I should have had more faith in the Toyota product itself, and not been so foolish to fall for the pitch on this FANTASTIC service plan from Master Tech. More

Took my 2018 Toyota Highlander Lmtd in for 100000 mile service. Everything was explained to me including pricing of all services. These people were much more competent than the dealership where I purchased it. More
