Took my 2021 Nissan Rogue for a recall repair and look how they wanted me to take my car home. This is beyond unacceptable. I took my car in good condition and look how I got the car back. NEVER GO TO ROCKAWAY NISSAN FOR SERVICE REPAIRS ESPECIALLY FOR RECALLS. I don’t even want this car anymore after this experience!! Look at the leather it’s all scratched and the vents are not aligned look at the center panel by the gear shift it’s not even in place. Dirty finger prints all around the car. More

I called and spoke to John he was rude and nasty and informed me this is my loan in which i never was in that office never spoke to a finance person, stated this cant be resolved. I am building a case getting emails and video footage of when Sam was in my office for my lawyer and i will be suing this place for fraud. More

Spent my whole day in the office with a bunch of scammers who told me I was approved for the 2022 Nissan Altima With 0 down payment after trading Spent my whole day in the office with a bunch of scammers who told me I was approved for the 2022 Nissan Altima With 0 down payment after trading in my 2021 nissan Versa They transferred my insurance my registration etc and told me I goad to go u just needed to sign a paper.. little do I know that they claim that the income was lil so the bank disapproved it so I gave them 3 recent paystub, which he came back to me and say it was approved then 10 mins after coming to me telling me if u could put down $3000.00 so I told him I’m putting nothing down give me back my Versa they then said they getting the manager I’ve yet to met with the manager smh anyways he come back he’s later telling me how they gonna lose if I don’t pay $3000, I’ve never seen this yet. My best bet is to pay off their car I have now and part ways with nissan. Worst experience everrrrr!! More
The first person that you get when you call sets the tone for the business. If they put you on hold, (on hold for ten minutes and still counting,), They should come back and see if I am still alive....anyway for the business. I am on my 2nd leased Rogue from Rockaway Nissan and had a simple question. The question is/was it covered under my prepaid maintenance plan. Hanging up the phone after 15 minutes. Bought a brand new Nissan Altima with wheel locks dealership pre-installed, however wheel locks on driver's side wheels were incorrect, but the wheel locks on passenger side were correct. Service advisor wanted to charge me for a new set of wheel locks as well as the full labor charge to remove the wheel locks that they incorrectly installed. Not only that, he kept insisting that if I were to bring my Altima to any other shop even a Nissan certified one that doing anything to remove the wheel locks would void my warranty. He also kept insisting that I would have to pay because wheels are not covered under my warranty. If my wheels are not covered under my warranty why would changing my tires void my warranty? More
