On 3/9/23 I took my 2021 Ranger into the service department for a oil change and state inspection. I worked with advisor "Emily" and waited for the vehicle. Issue 1 I purchased the vehicle at Rock department for a oil change and state inspection. I worked with advisor "Emily" and waited for the vehicle. Issue 1 I purchased the vehicle at Rockwall Ford with the "maintenance plan, they apparently have no way of knowing this in the service dept 2 times I have had to remind service of the fact as not to be charged with the covered service. 2) At 100pm the vehicle was taken into service , 138pm the tech emailed the video of the oil change ( this is a great tool), 200pm the Inspection report was printed , at almost 3pm I noticed the vehicle parked outside. I had to go to the advisor to get the vehicle "Waiter " advisor had the key and paperwork so the garage was done , the time in and out was great . Service good But the dealership should know by VIN number maintenance , warranty . Second "waiter " the customer should not have to find the service advisor when the vehicle is done. Overall good dealership and service dept minor issues would make them Great. More
