My Review of Roger Dean Chevrolet:
I have a beautiful 2000 Corvette Convertible. I brought it in for the AC and had $2900+ in work done to the car. I came to pick it up and found the windshield had been shattered. I contacted Barry the service manager who then contacted his manager who then contacted the General Manager. They told me that they had no idea when this could have happened and they take no responsibility for it. I gave the car to them and they gave it back with a shattered windshield.
The damage is $1500. I will have my insurance company go after them. I will never go there again, nor would I make a purchase from them. No wonder the Japanese car companies are doing well while GM is going broke. They deserve this.
I felt there was a terrible attitude problem.
