I dropped my truck off for specific items to be repaired. They performed a full inlection that I did not authorize and found several items “that needed to be repaired” including an oil leak that would cost t They performed a full inlection that I did not authorize and found several items “that needed to be repaired” including an oil leak that would cost thousands of dollars and require the cab be removed to perform the repair. I have never had a drop of oil under my truck in my garage. They did perform a repair that required a rear differential service. After picking up the truck, I had a 500+ mile road trip. Upon arrival the back of the truck was covered in fluid along with the underside. The differential fill plug was only hand tight and I had to add a full quart to get the level back up to where it was supposed to be. More

My 2014 Jk Rubicon was in the shop for 3 months and a day to get my issues fixed. Very poor communications from the dealership, I had to keep calling every 2 weeks to try and get updates on my vehicle's day to get my issues fixed. I was only called with updates about 3 times during the time it was in the shop. Even when I was told he would check on the status and get back with me it didn't happen until I called back after 2 weeks. The only good is that they seem to have got everything fixed finally. More
