The service was fine, but when cashed out, I asked to speak to my McKenzie as I received a recall notice for the clutch. Apparently, it can catch fire and there is currently no remedy. However, the next day only Miriam called me and left a message about completing the survey and to follow-up on my service. However, no follow-up on the main issue of the recall notice.
