Directions for writing this review say "Please be descriptive as possible" but I can only think of one word to say, wonderful. Everyone was friendly and were committed in giving us a good car buying experience. We had gone to another dealer a few days before and the difference was night and day. Having looked up on the web what good car buying experience. We had gone to another dealer a few days before and the difference was night and day. Having looked up on the web what was reasonable for our trade-in and for what we should pay on the new car, I was surprised that they gave it to us on the first offer. They even told us about a $500 rebate the other place never mentioned. We were treated like long time customers. We got a good deal on our new truck without playing games. It made buying a car an enjoyable experience. More

So many car dealerships are filled with aggressive pushy people: but not Glens Falls Toyota! I have bought 4 (I think), vehicles--2 new and 2 used. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Ms Smith was friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I found her to be quite helpful in explaining a car's features, anticipated questions and oftentimes answered questions just as I was thi all times. I found her to be quite helpful in explaining a car's features, anticipated questions and oftentimes answered questions just as I was thinking of the problem/uncertainty, and was able to point out the differences in the various models. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a car or to buy a more expensive vehicle. My wife and I were quite comfortable with Ms Smith and wouldn't hesitate to call her with a question/problem since she never created the impression that we would be imposing upon her. She's a credit to this dealership. More
