My Review of Rooster Bush Chevrolet Buick GMC:
Dale Williams was our sales person. I had a sales agreement with another dealer in another county and they, after over 2 weeks, were unable to deliver the SUV we were to purchase. I told that dealer that we were cancelling the order. He understood. I then went to the internet and found this beautiful GMC Yukon and called the Rooster Bush dealership. Dale Williams was the person to whom I spoke about the SUV they posted on the internet. I was very impressed and we agreed on a time to meet. The dealership is about an hour from our home. Dale was most courteous and well knowledged in the products they have to sell. He made sure we were taken care of and we hardly had to do anything but sign some papers. Jeff McMahan was equally courteous and professional. Barbara Bush came by Dale's office and also made us welcome. Dale took us over to the service dept. to meet Joey Jones, Service Consultant. He also was most courteous and professional. It was a distinct pleasure to meet all of these people and to work with them on our purchase. We will have no problem in the future to travel the hour or so to Rooster Bush for our automotive needs.

I have been buying cars from these people for close to 50 years. There is none better and my experience with Dale Williams has been great. He is very trustworthy, honest,and has a great personality. He treats you with respect. This entire dealership including service department are absolutly fantastic. I highly recommend them for purchase or service. I have never been disappointed and I can't begin to tell you how many new cars I bought from them. I just know I will buy from no one else regardless.

My Review of Rooster Bush Chevrolet Buick GMC:
Rooster Bush Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership is quite different (much better) than the other dealerships I recently shopped. When I first visited the Bush dealership, I was first greeted at the door by the owner Barbara Bush herself! The sales consultant (Chris Loftis) and the sales manager(Jeff McMahan)were very polite and professional.
During my car buying experience, the Bush sales team were very open and upfront about costs relating to both the vehicle I was purchasing and the "real money" I was receiving on my trade in. They did not use the old tradditional car salesman pitch with me during the purchase/deal making process or use the run around negoiation "mind games" that most other dealers tried to put me through recently and in the past. I truly feel that dealing with the Bush sales team was upfront and honest and they treated me as if I were a family member. I highly recommend the Bush dealership team.

My new car purchase at Rooster Bush Chevrolet has been the best & easiest new car purchase experience I have ever had! Chris was great to deal with and I enjoyed meeting and finalizing my paperwork with Jeff. I feel I got a good price for the 2011 Chevy Cruze Eco that I purchased. With the great service & vaule that I got, it was well worth the 2 1/2 hr drive to make my purchase with Rooster Bush Chevy!

My Review of Rooster Bush Chevrolet Buick GMC:
My husband and I were very pleased with our sales experience at Rooster Bush of Lenoir. We have never felt so "unpressured" to buy a vehicle as we did at Rooster Bush. The salesman we dealt with, Chris Loftis, was so helpful, polite, patient, and accommodating. He answered every question we had, as well as some that we didn't think to ask. My husband and I visited several other dealerships before visiting Rooster Bush. Rooster Bush and Chris Loftis were far superior to any of the other dealerships and their personnel. The other dealerships simply would not stop calling us, at home as well as my workplace. This was extremely annoying and aggravating to say the least. Chris Loftis called us once after our initial visit to ask us if we had any questions that were not answered during our visit. After that, he simply left us alone. This was so NICE! Because of Chris, Rooster Bush became the only dealership that we didn't dread visiting again. There was absolutely no pressure at Rooster Bush. How refreshing! The fact that we weren't pressured actually made us feel more confident in the Buick Enclave that we eventually purchased from Rooster Bush. We recommend Rooster Bush to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

Ms. Pickler is an awesome service provider. Freddie, the manager of the service department is also very good to work with. Barbara Bush, the owner of the dealership is available if you have issues. I love this dealership... the only think I dont like is that I have to pay $79.95 just to find out what is wrong with my car... other places I have taken dont charge a diagnostic fee if you have the repairs completed there. Other than that I love LOVE dealing with Rooster Bush! I also like the shuttle service (taking me back home) while my car is being fixed.

Thank you for your review Tim. I'm very pleased that you enjoy working with Freddie & Tonya in our Service Dept. I did want to address your concern about the diagnostic fee. We do charge a diagnostic fee when there is an "unknown" problem with a vehicle that requires technical expertise/experience/equipment/training,such as an engine light on or an air bag error. Then we separate the pricing so the consumer knows exactly what they're paying for. Another way to do this is to have a set fee...which I am sure includes wages (diagnostic fee) for the trained technician. We choose to separate it for the consumer. We appreciate your business Tim & hope this explanation helps. If not, please call me Tim.

I took my car to Rooster Bush because my check engine light came on and I was leaving for vacation the following day. when I arrived I was greeted by Tonya, and right off the bat she was very friendly. I explained that my check engine light had come on and that I was leaving on vacation the next day. I told her I worked 3rd shift and had not been to bed yet. She responded with asking me if I would like a ride home I told her I could get my sister to pick me up. I then asked her when it would be ready and she said about an hour. I asked what the latest time I could pick up my car was and she said that the sales dept. Was open till 7pm and could ring me up there. I returned to the service dept. At 6:30pm and was yet again greeted by Tonya. She wanted to be able to explain to me in person what happened to my car. Apparently my converter was bad but it was still under warranty. They had to call all the Rooster Bushes in the surrounding area before they finally located a converter in Charlotte, NC. The mechanic who replaced it was originally scheduled to leave early for a funeral, he went to his funeral and then came back to work on my car because Tonya had told him I was leaving on vacation the next day. I could not have asked for better service. I WAS a die hard Clarke Tire costumer until I received the service that I did at Rooster Bush were 4 years ago I purchased my car. It will now be my service department of choice. Sincerely, satisfied customer

I have been looking for a Tahoe the past month by visiting local dealerships and looking online as well. I emailed Rooster Chevrolet about a vehicle I found online. Chris responded within an hour and answered all questions and gave me a price that was fair without the hassle of your usual car buying experience! I emailed him several times with questions, and he responded immediately. He was straight forward and professional, and I drove from Knoxville to NC the next day to get the car. Upon arrival, Chris and the other employees of Rooster made this one of the easiest car purchases I have ever made. They made the process very simple and a great experience overall. Chris was extremely professional, attentive and straight forward. I highly recommend Chris and his sales team at Rooster!
