Was told the front brakes were done on the truck and they were not. Would not even pad slap it for me. They knew I was towing a trailer, so as soon as I got that all hooked up the chop came in. Was told they were a 9 out of 10 and the tech forgot to reset the meter in the dash (whatever that means and the service manager gave me a different story and said they were never touched because they were in spec. Probably are in spec but with brakes on the rear and 33 percent in the front there is no wonder its choppy, and I paid the premium on the truck because I was told they were replaced. Somewhere between finance and final delivery after detail my wheel got gashed up, and they took care of it but keep trying slip me a bill for it. Took 4 days with my truck to program a key and had to fight to get answers. My deal was already signed and my son "won" 250 on some gimmicky xxxxxxxx toss memorial day weekend. They said it went toward my motor vehicle and then tried collecting it again to pick up my registration and in the deal. Their trucks are sold at a premium which I didn't mind paying because they are pretty, but all the little xx sucked that right out of me. The sales experience was good, but I do not like being lied to. All the stuff that came after when paying 38 K for used Silverado with 70 K miles on it just started to irritate me. Looking for a Tahoe for my wife and as great as the sales experience was, unfortunately I will be going to another dealer because the trust is just not there anymore. More

The only reason 1 star was given was because it wouldn't allow me to leave that part empty! Sales people are Great! No problems with them. All the problems came after. Cam shaft & lifters went after 5 months, then transmission and thats just the big stuff... plenty of little stuff too! Service workers lie.. was told it's $600 to run a diagnostic by J in service. Called back 5 minutes later to ask someone else, M in service told me $159. They had my vehicle from April 7 - May 15 to put a transmission in. J in service told me it was going to be a new trans & it was on back order. Get the paper and first thing it says is remanufactured transmission.. call Jeff and he says he NEVER told me that I was getting a new one.. sure Jeff.. i then asked if i could get something different & was told well its lost value!! I only put on 15,000 miles!!! Now today I had it back in a different shop to get A/C charged.. my reg mechanic said it was completely empty & asked if we had any engine work done... yes actually we did.. why? Apparently when Rossi did our cam shaft they never refilled the A/C stuff.. same day after leaving from getting A/C filled noticed the back seat ceiling is soaked. Water now leaking from somewhere. Called Rossi again asked for owner and of course "he's not available" and he has never returned any of my calls. I dont recommend any one ever buy a used vehicle from them & never use the service center!!! Lie after lie. Get everything last thing in writing- what they say & what they do are 2 completely different things. More
