My husband and I purchased a terrain from Rossi. They were very nice and helpful. They made the experience quick and easy (unlike some other dealers who are pushy and have 8,000 hidden fees). However, there was a very very small dent in the car and they worked with us to make an appointment to fix it in the next coming weeks and leave us happy. More

We then met with our salesman, Charlie, who was just an all around nice guy. Eric, the Finance Manager, took care of us, as well. He was just as nice and very informative. When we came to take delivery of the car, we were greeted by this friendly team who wished us the best in our new vehicle. The whole transaction was smooth and the customer service was exemplary.
