Rossi, on the other hand, was the exact opposite. Ben Calabrese was helpful and guided us to a good choice. He was friendly, not pushy, and accommodated our each and every request. When it came time to negotiate, the manager actually sat down with us. We were so happy to avoid that typical "let me see what my manager says" dealership stuff.
