Salesman was fantastic until they had the cash in hand and trade-in signed off. Purchased a BMW from them sight unseen. My bad. Photos on their website are ALL enhanced and do not fairly represent their vehicles. Asked salesman about condition of paint and he said it had one very small ding near fuel door. When received, was presented with a seller disclosure indicating that the side of the vehicle had been repainted. Delivery guy was eager to leave. In good sunlight discovered that the entire passenger side had been deeply keyed and poorly repaired. Car also delivered with a Check Engine light illuminated. Was assured that the vehicle had been fully pre-inspected and was 100%. Fortunately purchased (cash) an extended warranty. Have reached out to the salesman four times about the check engine light and no receipt of the warranty details. Was told "I'm checking with my manager" about the check engine light issue during my first two emails and the last two emails were not responded to. Was also promised that the warranty details would be overnighted via Federal Express. Yes, that was six weeks and four emails ago. Nothing received. My girlfriend purchased a pre-owned Audi from a dealership in Colorado Springs about three weeks ago and they truly prioritize honesty, integrity and customer service excellence. I see that the only other rating for this dealership is also negative. Buyers beware! More
