I have been dealing with Rothrock since I bought my first car there in 1981. They have always been fair and honest with me. They must be all of the things I think they are because they have grown from a very small lot to acres of room for displaying their product. 2 months and still waiting for new transmission (the second transmission under warranty for the same van )… I’m down a van and service has no idea when the new transmission will come in.
