My Review of Route 22 Honda:
RTE 22 in Hillside NJ is one of the best overall dealership that I have gone to in all my years and I'm 59 years old and have been lesing ars. Mohammed Ibrahim and his sales manager Matt are great to work with. I'm on my 6th leased car for my family since 2006 there prices and service are great but better amd the atmosphere there is great sometimes I drive all the way down from Hasbrouck Heights just to BS with them.
The reason why I'm also writing this review is becasue I just leased a 2012 Honda EX Accord two door for my daughter the two door Civi lease was up. I had the four door LXP model myself, however this EX is sweet.
I have the 2010 LX CRV Mohammed the sales rep is working on a deal to help me to trade up to the new 2012 CRV EX this SUV, took it for a test drive, it's unreal. I should be hearing back from him with in the next few weeks hope it works out it's a very impressive SUV can't wait.

I had an excellent experience at Route 22 honda. Abdel Nassar is an outstanding sales rep who was instrumental in helping me decide to lease a Honda over other cars. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and persuasive. I felt very confident in his ability as a salesperson. Abdel Nassar is an asset to the company, and I would recommend friends and family to deal with him.

My Review of Route 22 Honda:
My new car purchase went as smoothly as possible. My salesman, Mohammed, did not pressure me and the final price of the car was even less then I was willing to pay. I was always offered a coffee or a cold drink and if I needed a ride to or from the dealership they would supply one. The purchase process was also completed quickly and they answered all of my questions and honored my requests.

By far the best car dealer and sales experience I have ever had. A smooth transaction where every new car I have ever bought was never easy where I always walked away wondering if I got the best deal. From the start, Mohamed made me feel comfortable and gave me the best deal possible. There was no negotiating as the best possible deal was offered from the start!

Doreen Cassidy Ishmael we went to route 22 honda to purchase our first new vehicle with no experience on buying new car we were met by Mr.Mohammed who helped us in a very professional and friendly manner didn't rush us into anything we didn't want we felt very relaxed and comfortable like we knew him for a very long time very nice man who made it his business to make us very happy drove us to the lot did detail description about the vehicle we were interested in also pleased us with the color we very happy and satisfied with the service of Mr.Mohammed and the route 22 team i greatly recommend if you are going to purchase a vehicle new or used route 22 honda is the safe place to be they are very professional and you wont feel like you are in a field being hunted by some desperate hunters again thank u Mr. Mohammed for your excellent service to make us happy we look forward to doing business in the future with u and we will surely recommend you and route 22 to our family and friends and thanks also to Mr.Jimmy Samaniego in the finance department who really worked with us to make our dream come true thanks route 22 and team another happy couple hopefully one day our kids buy a car from your dealer.

Abdel Nassar was by far THEE greatest customer consultant and rep for honda on route 22!!! He had all the answers, he knew his work as well as his cars and NO ONE could have better patience, presentation and deliverance than he. He was friendly, funny and SOLD the car well!! My Review of Route 22 Honda:
I got a good vibe from the moment that I walked into the dealership. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted. Yancy was able to read that very well (unlike the other Honda dealership that I went to). He listened to me and presented me with the best deal. Thirty minutes later I returned to seal what in fact was the best deal. He was very professional and made everything run smoothly and had me out of there in no time! Everyone is very friendly! They often smile, ask if you're being helped, and make sure that you're getting the attention you deserve as a consumer. Miosotty also contributed to my positive experience, she went out of her way to ensure that I left happy.... and I did!

My Review of Route 22 Honda:
I went to this dealership looking to sit-just sit- in a 2012 CR-V and get a brochure. I specifically stated that my wife would need to come in to test drive it at a later date. The salesman left me for 20 minutes to get a brochure. I then asked him for his card; that took another 20 minutes. i ran into the salesman finally as I was walking out. The whole experience took 1 hour! Crazy and unprofessional.

My advice: Listen to the customer. Stop the baby psychological cheesy sales games. Don't waste your time; go to a better dealership, like Planet Honda.
