Jason was the most upfront, real car salesman we had ever dealt with. He made us feel that he was honestly looking out for us. We, fortunately did not need to finance so the deal went very smooth. By the time we were done we felt like he could have been one of our kids. The dealership is so lucky to have this fine man working for and with them. Since there were a few things that needed to be fixed on our "new" car, we have also had to deal with the service department. This has been a bit long but the fact that they are working with us is very comforting. We would certainly recommend Route 60 Hyundai to anyone who wants to deal with a real, honest, place!!! More

DONT BUY FROM HERE. They will sell you a car and take it back without a bank approval paperwork and everything. I'm very angry at this whole situation. I know a lot of it was the " bank not approving " and I say that with quotes because I NEVER saw any paperwork but Christian Rivera and the dealership in General could have handled the entire situation differently and with a lot more poise and professionalism. I will never send a single soul to Hyundai or Nissan in vero beach. I was COMPLETELY honest about every little detail and they let me drive off that lot and around for 2 weeks and I tried and tried to communicate just to get mysterious answers or no answer at all. I was back and forth and completely cooperative and still got treated like an idiot. I have no respect for Christian and of course the last thing he says is "I'll be in touch tomorrow" were going to try and make this work. Yet again asking me to dig around for my mothers financial information so he can go try to get an approval from another bank. I have learned a very valuable lesson. I'm sure Christian won't be in touch tomorrow because I couldn't even get an answer from him today. He was going to have me come out there and then tell me they were taking the car and leave me in a spot where I'd have to wait for someone to come get me and my child. Talk about embarrassing sneaky conniving and rude? Thank god I came before I got my daughter and had demanded an answer about them taking the car so I didn't have to look like an idiot or have some random person drive me and my child home. I feel sorry for a specific salesman that works in a place that will bait people sell them a dream let them drive around and then take it back like its a pen they let you borrow instead of what it really is a single moms livelihood. It's a direct reflection on every person that works there character in their personal lives that they know it could happen and will let the customer be in the dark and rip it from under them thankfully I was prepared and smart enough because god forbid you have a customer that that's all they have and no support Hyundai of state road 60 doesn't give a s**t. And instead of knowing all that could potentially been an issue and Eric could have said we have to wait till we have an approval to let you take it I would have said fine and when we couldn't then at least they wouldn't have done this and I could either move on or come back when some kinks were worked out I wouldn't have even been angry maybe disappointed at the circumstances but my respect for SR 60 Hyundai would be there. And I do judge sr60 as a whole because this is not the first time they have done this and every person in there is aware of this stuff and anyone that sticks around and allows it to happen and be a bystander is just as guilty in my eyes.
