I purchased a pre-owned Hyundai, Accent from a Ford dealership in Palm Bay, FL. Since being ripped off by that company, I started taking my vehicle to Rte 60 Hyundai for difference issues; most of whi dealership in Palm Bay, FL. Since being ripped off by that company, I started taking my vehicle to Rte 60 Hyundai for difference issues; most of which were covered under the factory warranty still in force. Each time I took my car to them was without an appointment and they fit me in and solved the problem. The customer service and friendliness of the employees is so far above what I have EVER experienced at any automobile dealership in my entire driving career of over 40 years. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership; if you are in the market for a vehicle. The fact that I didn't purchase my vehicle from them (with great regret), does not influence the way that I am treated by anyone at the dealership. The service writers are extremely personable and make you feel very comfortable dealing with them. I will continue to deal with this dealership for any future vehicle purchases. I believe that I have found the ultimate automoble dealership in Route 60 Hyundai. More

Our sales person was wonderful. But, Willie (Manager) lied to us! He told us one thing after financing and trusting him we signed the contracts. Really got screwed. He told me that I was going to get lied to us! He told us one thing after financing and trusting him we signed the contracts. Really got screwed. He told me that I was going to get 1% for 60 months...found after getting hoime that it was 5.34 for 84 months! How could he lie to us. Everything that they told us were lies including the extended warranty and the oil changes. Trusted this dealership. Will never recommend anyone to them unless they take days to read over the contract with a fine tooth comb or have an attorney present with them or have the attorney look over the papers before you sign them.
