They lay out the pros and cons and ensure that I have no surprises. My first car I've had for a couple months now and haven't had to take it to the shop once; that's a first for me. I have experienced multiple issues with low tire pressure and the brakes on my 2004 Ford Freestar. James Richardson set up an appointment for me to have everything checked out. When we arrived at the deale and the brakes on my 2004 Ford Freestar. James Richardson set up an appointment for me to have everything checked out. When we arrived at the dealership, I reviewed the problems that I was having with James. The service advisor to his right overheard my concerns and stated that another customer had experienced the same problems. They had the service foreman, Leo Hamann, come out of the shop and review the problems with him. They took my Freestar in the shop and replaced the tire pressure sensors and performed a complete brake inspection for me. They found that one of the brake calipers was sticking and fixed the problem. Thy then explained everything to me in detail. Why I gave this rating is because, I found each of them extremely helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. More
