Spencer is awesome we just bought our 4th car from him. We went into Royal a few years ago and this young man was the first smiling face we had seen all day( other dealerships ). He understood my frustrati We went into Royal a few years ago and this young man was the first smiling face we had seen all day( other dealerships ). He understood my frustration at the time and did all he could to put our minds at ease. We ended up accomplishing what we had set out to do that day, which we could have not do e without Spencer. We went back to Spencer about a year later as our needs had changed and again he went far beyond to take care of us. Today we made it a family affair as we went back to Spencer with another need this time for our daughter and again Spencer went far beyond and worked very hard to help her get what she needed . Spencer is like family at this point I don't think I will go to another salesmen ever, if for reason Spencer were to leave the royal dealership I would follow him to his next location if he is still selling cars. Spencer was a pleasure to work with when purchasing a new truck. I did not feel pressured and he communicated well through the process answering several questions I had (via text, which was nice). He did not over-promise or make stuff up that he did not know ( which I experienced at a different dealership I was also looking at a different truck). He set clear expectations about order and delivery and I was able to do most paperwork easily online in advance of pick up. I reccommend asking for Spencer if you visit this dealership. More

Once Nick took over everything went smooth and I felt like I was being acknowledged. I had submitted two requests for more information on vehicles about a week prior via online. I never ever heard from a like I was being acknowledged. I had submitted two requests for more information on vehicles about a week prior via online. I never ever heard from anyone. Finally I went to the dealership and me with a new salesman who didn’t tell me that the forever warranty was not for vehicles over 80000 miles. That was basically a selling point of getting a vehicle with 90000 miles, but I was already in the buying process with Nick at that point. He handled it diplomatically and offered me a free oil change. Nice- but doesn’t exactly cover my car like the forever warranty. During trying to work numbers with the other sales person it got very frustrating as I felt I was being pushed into a monthly payment when all I wanted to know were the bottom line numbers. I kept explaining that I’m not worried about getting financed but I believe they wanted to push the gm financial financing. Being so far in it Nick was open and explained a lot. He went over the vehicle with me and managed to work with my timeline of getting the truck as it still had to go through inspection. More
