This was my first experience buying a brand new car! Justin Ngop was so very pleasant to deal with in placing my order. Options for paying and additional warranties, etc. were plainly explained with a low pressure approach. I appreciated that. My experience with my first regular scheduled maintenance was good. It happened to be an extra busy day, as per the service writer. It would have been nice to have a little more 'hand holding' through the process because of this being my very first experience with this. Previously my late husband did a lot of work on our older cars. When he became unable to do that, he took total lead on having mechanics do the work. As a new widow, I decided to buy a brand new car, so I wouldn't be worried about reliability. I am enjoying driving my 2023 Rav4 Hybrid very much!! Kevin Rudi was so helpful and made sure to address all of my concerns when I brought my son's car in for service. I received a call to go over everything and was able to pay for the charges online...this mad my concerns when I brought my son's car in for service. I received a call to go over everything and was able to pay for the charges online...this made picking up the vehicle really quick and easy! The cashiers were also very kind and helpful. I brought my Tacoma in to have the rear bumper reinforcement replaced. Nick Laakkonen gave me an estimate but assured me the final price would be adjusted to reflect the actual labor time involved reinforcement replaced. Nick Laakkonen gave me an estimate but assured me the final price would be adjusted to reflect the actual labor time involved. Sure enough the final cost was reduced and the job was done quickly. Very happy with the experience. More
