I never gave BMW a chance before and would always choose Mercedes or Audi. But now with the technological and mechanical features with a bonus of customer service I had no choice but to pick BMW. I’ve never Mercedes or Audi. But now with the technological and mechanical features with a bonus of customer service I had no choice but to pick BMW. Nasir was exemplary with his assistance, his knowledge, his kindness, his patience with our situation, and there was never any pressure to buy. He returned calls quickly and kept us informed in our wait for our custom ordered car. He explained all the maintenance programs and warranties clearly. My wife and I not only felt comfortable, but confident he was looking out for our best interest. We are from out of the area and we appreciated that he kept the car inside and locked up until we were able to come and pick it up. The dealership washed my car during a service when I told them not to multiple times. My car was recently paint corrected and ceramic coated so I did not want them to ruin the job. When I came to pick up the car I immediately noticed it was washed and now the paint is covered in scratches and swirl marks from putting it through their wash. Carl denied that they even washed the car when there is water inside the gas cap, streaky windows with microfiber towel residue, vacuumed interior, clean black rims with tire shine that got onto the fender. Carl offered no help and continued to deny any responsibility. He said the water dripping from the inside of the gas cap is from possible “condensation.” Bad customer service. More
